It is a great house, we like to have it very well cared for and it has a unique light. It is located in one of the best areas of Marbella, next to the Guadalmina golf course and 500 meters from the beach, in Guadalmina. Also very close we have some wonderful beaches and some beach restaurants where they prepare a spectacular meal.
It is a really wonderful and very cozy house where you can enjoy a great vacation experience. It has Wifi fiber optic and SmartTv
It is a townhouse on three floors.
– The first floor houses a large living-dining room, hall, kitchen, toilet, laundry area, a garden area with access to the community pool and a large terrace where we like to enjoy fantastic nights with family or friends.
– On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a terrace in the main bedroom.
– And on the attic floor we have the 4th bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom and a nice terrace.
– The private parking is at the entrance of the house.
